In the diagram above I have collected a number of Derome le jeune roulettes, they are arranged in a semi chronological order, some of the roulettes may be out of order, we don't know exactly where they should be. Below I have assembled a few of the Derome etiquettes that also show roulettes, these then also are in a semi chronological order, however these two elements, the etiquettes and the roulettes, give us a better grasp of the chronology of both. The roulette dj-R-12 was certainly one of Derome's preferred roulettes of the later period from about 1780 onwards. The roulette dj-R-3 was also a favorite of Derome and appears to have been used from the mid 1760's to mid 1770's.
